The Hardest Thing In Salsa
I have been in this game for sometime and people often ask me What is the most difficult thing is Salsa? Is spinning harder than turn patterns, or is body movement harder than footwork, is it easier to interpret the music or count the beats...
My honest answer is that nothing is Salsa is difficult, we are not putting a man on the moon, but simple dancing... and as such everything is achievable and nothing is impossible, but the hardest thing to develop a sense of patience and an understanding of what our bodies will allow us to do.
Salsa is not a rush and those who rush end up worse off...
